From humble beginnings in Military, where Sajal bring three of founder together to embark on a new adventure in the business world. Bringing with us discipline, camaraderie, commitment to delivering the best traditional food, and dedication to being the best.

Gautam, with over 14 years of cooking experience, is the culinary genius behind our delectable dishes. Kay, hailing from the Pacific Islands and with 16 years in Military, brings a wealth of life experience and charm to our establishment. And Sajal, just beginning his journey, adds a fresh perspective and new-generation flair to our business.

In just six months of opening, Gun Powder Indian Restaurant has become a beloved establishment, cherished by locals and visitors alike. Our name, Gunpowder, pays homage to our wonderful past and the explosive flavours we bring to your table.
